Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026 · Effective date: 14 June 2026
Fire Browser is built around a simple idea: a faster, cleaner web that respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what information the Fire Browser mobile application (the "App"), our website at fire-vpn.pages.dev (the "Site"), and our supporting services (together, the "Service") collect, why, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It also describes our commitments under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm you have read and understood this Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Quick summary
- Your browsing stays on your device. Your history, tabs, and the pages you visit are not uploaded to us. In incognito mode, nothing is saved at all.
- Ad/tracker blocking runs on your device. The blocklist is applied locally in the App — we don't see which sites you block or visit.
- We collect the minimum needed to run the Service — for example an email if you create an account, a random device token if you stay a guest, and your referral details.
- We never sell your personal data and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
2. Who we are (data controller)
Fire Browser ("Fire Browser", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Service and acts as the "data controller" of the personal data described here. Contact us any time at 3zonestudio@gmail.com (mark data-protection requests "Privacy Request").
3. Your browsing data stays on your device
Fire Browser is an on-device web browser. The following never leave your device and are never sent to us:
- Your browsing history and the websites you visit;
- Your open tabs, bookmarks and form input;
- Cookies and site data created while you browse;
- Which ads or trackers were blocked on a page.
You can clear this data at any time from Settings, and in incognito mode nothing is stored at all. Because this data is local, we cannot access it, produce it, or hand it over.
4. Information we collect
a) Account information (only if you register)
If you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text). An account is optional — you can use Fire Browser as a guest.
b) Guest / device identifier
In guest mode the App generates a random device identifier so we can issue a secure access token and remember your referral rewards. It is not your phone number, advertising ID, or real-world identity.
c) Referral and rewards data
To run our invite program we store your referral code, the number of friends you invite, which account (if any) referred you, and your Premium reward balance.
d) Diagnostic data
We may receive non-identifying technical information such as app version and OS version, and — if the App crashes — limited crash diagnostics to fix bugs.
e) Support communications
If you email us, we receive your message and address so we can reply.
5. How we use information
- To authenticate you and run the referral / Premium program;
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse or fraud;
- To diagnose crashes and improve performance;
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising profiling.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service and rewards), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligation.
7. Cookies & the website
The App itself uses no advertising cookies. Our Site (served by Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the pages. We don't use third-party advertising or social trackers on the Site.
8. How we share information
We never sell your data. We share only with service providers acting on our behalf under contract:
- Cloudflare — hosts our account/referral API, database, and this Site.
- Google Play — distributes the App and provides in-app ratings (subject to Google's privacy policy).
We may also disclose data if required by valid law, or as part of a business transfer, subject to this Policy.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10. Data retention
- Account / referral data — kept while your account is active; deleted on request.
- Guest identifiers / tokens — short-lived and rotated.
- Diagnostics — kept briefly, then deleted or aggregated.
- Browsing data — never collected by us (stays on your device).
11. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, signed tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimize how much data exists and protect what we hold.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Email 3zonestudio@gmail.com to exercise them; we may verify your identity first.
13. California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to non-discrimination. We do not sell or "share" your personal information. Categories and purposes are in Sections 4–5.
14. Children
Fire Browser is not directed to children under 13 (or the local age of digital consent) and we don't knowingly collect their data.
15. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes update the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the revised Policy.
