These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fire Browser mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Fire Browser, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Fire Browser for your own lawful, personal use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may use Fire Browser as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when registering.

4. Free service, Premium and referrals

Fire Browser is offered free of charge. We may offer optional "Premium" features and rewards, including through our referral program (for example, granting Premium time when you and a friend exchange a referral code). Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn to prevent abuse. We may revoke rewards obtained through fraud or by violating these Terms.

5. Third-party content

Fire Browser lets you access websites and content operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and your use of it is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ad and tracker blocking is provided on a best-effort basis and may not block everything.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Browser and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Fire Browser at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
